If I could give them zero stars I would. I have taken my car here for many years but the last few times have been a major disappointment. When I brought my car in for repair they told me it was having the same issue they assured me they fixed six months ago and when I asked about it they claim to have no record of the issue or previous repairs. Great team. Great communication and service
Purchased a Ford with extended warranty from a Ford dealership. Now this particular Ford location is telling me they won't honor the warranty. Was considering trade in, too. Suppose I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Worst customer experience I've ever had! Lied to multiple times, person pawned off as Service Manager, was just an advisor, very rude to both myself and my daughter. Even suggesting that we go somewhere else, and not there. We had both brought in vehicles for "The Works" at their "Quick Lane" service Center. Neither Quick or "Customer Service" were involved.
