What a disappointment. My family has always taken their cars here for repair and so happy. This has been one of the most horrible experiences ever. Had hail damage on 2016 expedition. Took longer to repair than told, multiple stories as to why it was not done and to top it off, more wrong with it after I got it than before. Drivers door would not stay shut after about the 4th time opening it, now a Crack in the new windshield they replaced and don't want to fix, broken locks, all this within 48 hours of picking it up.
