I had an appointment with Nurse Practitioner, Michelle Cass. She performed a swab that was to be sent to Quest Diagnostics. She left the swab on the counter without my name on it. I notified the nurse in the hallway as I was leaving, because I was concerned that they would forget who it belonged to. I called 2 days later and asked if it was sent and was told by Chelsea that it was sent the same day, and they did not have results yet.
