Everyone was very friendly, excellent service
Highly recommended this practice. I have called for pop up appointments and have been able to be seen the same day multiple times. Dr. Trann is attentive and listens and gives the time needed to address the concerns. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a new PCP.

I called to ask questions about a kidney stone I have and Jason called me back. He started off so rude for some reason but when I started asking questions Jason rudely stated we haven't seen you since Sept of 2024. I said, that's not true I was in there last week and had GI done a few months back. He said, hold on let me look. I said, I'm loose faith in health system, Jason said, get a different provider. DO NOT SEE MARK DAWDY HE IS HORRIBLE!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! My husband had an appt at 520 we arrived at 5 we werent called back till 6. My husband has hypoglycemia he has been having really bad episodes they said they were going to order labs through quest for him to get checked for diabetes. well they didnt we went to quest this morning at 7am they didnt have any orderes for my husband. they said this is a common problem with blue springs family care.
