I booked a massage during an available time frame about 2 hours in advance, but when I called to confirm my appointment the receptionist laughed, said “it’s too late” and hung up on me. Trying to get my money back now

I booked a massage for 10:00 am through ClassPass and the instructions said to be there early to fill out any paperwork but when I arrived at 9:50 am, the doors were locked and no one was inside even though there was a sign that said “come in we’re open.” I waited until 10:07 am and there was still no one there so I left. Luckily ClassPass refunded my credits but I’m disappointed cause I was looking forward to the massage :/

I went here for years and service was always professional. Crystal gave an amazing massage and always remembered my name. This past experience was the worst service I've ever had anywhere. I did 30 minutes which is $50 and gave $60. I don't know the girls name but she refused to give me change and was so rude about it. She told me that I didn't need the money and she did.
