I would highly advise anyone in the Orlando area or central Florida to stay away from this company. This company is running a scam, will give you the runaround and never complete their project. Bruce the owner has no idea as to what’s going on in his own company and all he does is blame his project managers for jobs not completed or even started. They took my $12000 deposit and absconded with it. They do not answer the phone when I call from my # but do when I call from a different # and when I do get thru they say the will look into it and call me back but never do. Had to file in Small Claims, filed with the State Attorney General and filed a complaint on Sunbiz.org
Blue Skye Screening breached the contract in violation of FL Statutes 489.126 and also illegally notarized my signature on the NOC. The only thing that they did was pulled a permit and that took 2 months. I had to pay $11,000.00 for the concrete for the job as they did not have a qualified subcontractor at the time, they called Lake County to inspect the concrete. They then sent a new contract requiring me to pay an additional $9,100.00 that I refused to sign as I would have paid them $16,700.00 and the only thing they have ... read more
This business is GREAT! They went above their jobs trying to help find a leak we had even the owner came out himself. They always answered my calls they sent crews out about 10 times to help find the leak bad for us but the leak was our roof. All is well now thanks to this business. Denise and Mike ******
