Great couple massage! Amazing views!
Tried to do a walk-in since one of the pictures here on Google says that walk-ins are welcome. However, upon arrival their door nameplate said that its reservation only. Please update your information online to better inform your customers.
My husband and I had a couples massage for his birthday/our honeymoon in 2021. The view from the window and decor was amazing. The massage was the best, including stretching. I want to return to Hawaii, especially for this massage!!! We still talk about it.
I didn’t find this spa very nice. It was pretty average. It was a decent price and I didn’t feel like they really cared. I bought a couples massage for my wife as a honeymoon gift and the masseuses were chatting with each other the whole time and wasn’t very relaxing. My wife didn’t really enjoy the massage as they didn’t really put enough pressure. I also requested to be walked on ask chose a Thai style massage but they never did.
Booked a 90 minutes couple massage for my birthday and it ruined our night... First, it was not a 90 minutes massage, just a 90 minutes reservation for the room. Getting ready for the massage and dressing up after the massage is included in that 90 minutes, they only massaged us for 60 minutes but paid for 90 minutes massaged and yet, they are expecting for TIPS.
