Without a doubt: the best climate-controlled storage option in Laramie. All my tools are stored here and I visit on a weekly basis year-round and no matter what the outside temperature is I am always pleased with how temperate my unit has been. A+ And any reports of rodent issues are completely unfounded. I've never seen any evidence of mice in my unit or in the hallways ... truly not a single rodent dropping in my unit in three years. I’ve used this place and few times and it’s been amazing always! Until now, as the new branch manager was so rude! I had called to tell them I would be emptying my storage the day before it was due, I was there the day my bill was due with an empty storage and the keys and they were not their during open hours. I left the keys in the drop box and went on my way. Now stating I need to pay the ENTIRE months bill even though it was empty and keys turned in that day. Very disappointed with management, my rent tripled in 3yrs... my unit started out at $80/month in 2021, I was paying $240 before my unit was cleaned out by management. I didn't receive any phone calls just 5 emails before management cleaned out my stuff... The only good reviews come from the manager herself. Rent is outrageous and customer service barely exist. My unit wasn't lite, wasn't temperature controlled or even maintenance but steadily increased... would not recommend, management doesn't return calls or honor promise... read more

The facility was nice and secure. The staff has always been kind and professional. We have used their facility for about 5 years. The price consistently increases to where we were paying 3 times what the current move in rate is. The cost was unbelievable. Almost every time I would go to the office, during office hours, there would be no one there. There is also an issue with mice in the unit.

Facility does not pay deposits back. I was required to pay a deposit for a unit, and 9 months after moving out, I still have not received it. When I moved out, I was told to expect a check in the mail within a month. After inquiring about this issue multiple times over several months, staff keeps giving me the run around and saying they will look into it, but never do. It is also difficult to get ahold of someone, either by email or phone.
