Truly unfortunate! Seemingly overnight New Frontier has gone from a well run location with great customer service to what appears a remotely run site with no hours and no customer service despite having hours posted. Two days ago I got a call from some "corporate trainer" who said my mom's account needed attention, but be sure to call ahead before coming to ensure someone was there. I called three times and did a drive by twice; sure enough nobody there! Most unhappy here. They get rid of good people who know what's going on... read more
