Unprofessional and Disrespectful. Would Not Return. The owner, Saba, made this experience particularly disappointing. While an employee was drying my hair, she applied perfume to the employee’s neck right in front of me. The implication was difficult to ignore, and I found the gesture deeply unprofessional. If there was a concern about my hair, I had just paid for a wash, there was a professional way to address it. Some of the dressers are good but I got the owner (blond lady). Did not listen to anything I said. I gave her a 10 min talk about how i’ve been struggling to grow my hair and want her to only dust off. She said “dont worry I won’t do more than 1 inch”. She ended up chopping 4-5 inches and giving me a very weird cut that curled extremely awkward.

The waxing was extremely rough, even after I clearly said it was hurting and asked them to be more gentle. They also charged a lot for the service, but the results were very poor. There was still noticeable facial hair left after the full-face waxing, and my arms still had visible hair as well. Overall, the service was very disappointing and not worth the price.
