They never miss a beat! I have been using Blue Sky Pest Control for over 6 months now and they have only been perfect! They call me ahead of time to let me know they are on their way over each and every time without missing a beat. They only hire professional and nice people (never felons that show up to your house smelling like smoke and hung over). Quality all around. Scam. Big scam. Originally quoted one amount, then upped it to another amount, THEN after calling to cancel since they are charging 3 times as much they have the nerve to charge $50 to cancel. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Their service has been great. We were skeptical if they could really get rid of our Scorpions, but we haven't seen any in months. Very impressed and happy so far!
We've been using blue sky for a while now and the service has been great. The service technician shows up on time and is always very polite and friendly. They ask me how things have been going and customize my service for what's happening. I've been very pleased.
overall good service however some issues with having people understand when one has a busy schedule communication in a timely fashion is important- we had a couple of mixed messages but they were gracious about correcting them. the service people who have come are polite and seem knowledgable- they are doing on going service now so ratings may change depending on end result
The two technicians that came out to do our termite treatment (Gary and Dominic) were wonderful, excellent customer service. I had a termite treatmnet before from another company and I was not very pleased with the drill holes left in our garage and the overall approach. So I asked a lot of questions before Blue Sky did the treatment and was still nervous. We had bluesky pest control apply a Termidor treatment to our residence on October 4th. The holes that he drilled in our garage concrete are almost imperceptible, and the total job was performed in an exemplary manner. We will recommend bluesky for all pest control issues.
I hired bluesky pest control to do our termite treatment. I was very impressed with Randy and his helper. They were extremely professional craftsmen, not workers. They put everything back as it was when they were done. It was just like they were never there. I would highly recommend bluesky.
This company had sales people out trying to bash the current company I was with. This person was also VERY rude when I told him who I was with and then continued being even rudder when I told the young man I was not interested. I could not believe how they would let some one who is trying to promote their company act such a way. I have told all people I know about this, and wanted you all to know that you can find much better and quality job else where!!!
