Absolutely unacceptable. If there was an option to change doctors, I would, but there isn’t.
Absolutely 5 star medical centre. Easy to book online. Reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. Dr Fuchs is amazing. I myself worked in healthcare (forensic/community/inpatient mental health for 37 years plus). I can honestly say that Dr Fuchs is the best doctor that I have ever encountered.
The receptionist is rude, and phoned me 20 minuets before my appointment to cancel. When I wanted to discuss the situation she hung up on me and no apology was given. Claims she left a message in the AM. But no message was received.
