Absolutely unacceptable. If there was an option to change doctors, I would, but there isn’t.
Absolutely 5 star medical centre. Easy to book online. Reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. Dr Fuchs is amazing. I myself worked in healthcare (forensic/community/inpatient mental health for 37 years plus). I can honestly say that Dr Fuchs is the best doctor that I have ever encountered.
The receptionist is rude, and phoned me 20 minuets before my appointment to cancel. When I wanted to discuss the situation she hung up on me and no apology was given. Claims she left a message in the AM. But no message was received.
The place is a joke. Locking their doors so one can't even drop off paperwork ... need an appointment to do so? Can't call them .. nor do I want to buy a box of envelopes to leave sensitive documents through their door, not even one time ... Drove there 3x to a locked door as I thought I may have stopped in on their lunch break .. not the case. Covid isn't happening, if you can't keep up to the demand(?) of walk ins .. maybe shut the place down .. or get a bigger place to meet the demands of everyone with no family doctor an... read more
