Terrible company. I purchased 3 palms from them. After the 2 were installed, it started to rain. My neighbor said they threw the 3rd one quickly in the hole and left. I have contacted them via phone call and email over 50 times to alert them that 2 look like their dying. Always promised a call back, that never materializes. The day they were installed half hazardly, I called the owner to tell him, and he had an attitude.
