I call to get my dad car insurance and they charged $190 just for commission, they never mentioned that to me when I checked my bank account I realized and called them to cancel the policy and get muy money, I got just received part of my money, I called back again and they said that $190 are not refundable, they just stole my money, $190 just for 6 days of car insurance, Bad company
Since I changed insurance agencies to McPherson Insurance, my automobile rates have gone down and the quality of my homeowners insurance has increased. The level of customer service has gone way up. They are very helpful and attentive . Phil and Mary McPherson also strongly support our community. I would absolutely recommend the agency!
