Don’t Apply to here because they will automatically deny you. What they don’t tell you is even if the house is being up for sale the owner still has to pay lot rent since it is in their name and you pay an application fee which makes them more money. They have denied dozens of potential buyers for 2+ years just because they can make more money. Don’t waste your money. Only apply for a house that is being sold by the community themselves.
