They have denied dozens of potential buyers for 2+ years just because they can make more money. Don’t waste your money. Only apply for a house that is being sold by the community themselves.
Great place great staff
My parents lived in Blue Sky Manor for 7 1/2 years. Very quiet, peaceful community, with wonderful neighbors! Christina and Chris were extremely helpful, professional and friendly not only during my parents time there but with the sale of their home as well! They were very detail oriented, and have wonderful follow through! I cannot say enough about the management of Blue Sky, the neighbors and the beautiful serene environment!
