Worked here for a year. Honestly, an awful experience. Some workers are borderline abusive and the rate of burnout for workers is very high. I remember one worker forcing a kid to sit into a chair to eat breakfast, and they called for their mommy and the worker said "Your mommy isn't here." Heartbreaking as this is what burnout can cause. Turnover is also very high. Not neurodivergent friendly, if you're autistic or ADHD, do not work here, you will not be supported. If anything, they'll find a way to fire you. Blue sky is horrible and breaks kids laptops and refuses to pay for it doesn’t feed kids and lets them go all over the city in slippers and doesn’t take care of children atall Mentally abuse them and ignore them don’t feed them ignores parent concerns worst place ever don’t trust this company atall
