Took a little longer to work through some of the challenges you would expect with any new build, however the Blue Sky team did work to address everything covered under warranty and even took care of a few items past the warranty period. Special thanks to Julie who was very attentive to our concerns.

The value of a general contractor was evident with Adam and Julie from the start. They were very proactive throughout the entire project. Their experience allowed them to successfully manage both permitting and subcontractor activities, while keeping us informed and on schedule. Our project had a very tight timeframe needing to accomplish permit approvals, demolition, and new construction all within a 6 month period. We highly recommend Adam and Julie and feel very fortunate to have had them on our team.

Blue Sky Construction built our forever-home! As an interior designer and owner of Nest Design, working with Adam and Blue Sky was a perfect fit. Adam and Julie took great pride in designing and building our home, and it shows. We certainly loved the house for the overall open design and feel. But what made our home truly special was the attention to detail and special features incorporated throughout. One prime example is the guest half baths with unique wood and stone walls that are visually striking. So perfect. You could tell Blue Sky wanted to create something special here, and now we are so glad we live in that special place.
