Wanted an estimate/bid on a project. First the gentleman insisted for me to tell him the other contractors that I had contacted. I said I don't think that's necessary. He said he would like to know so he can tell me if it's even worth my time and his. Again, I refused. He took my information and he asked so are you looking for an estimate on things and I said yes- he replied "So that's not really a bid then is it". You just lost me as a customer. No thanks.
