this guy should not be in the bussiness. he is a major rip off artist ive ever seen in my 40 year of working on cars. i need a part for my car. its cost brand new $10 he wanted $50 for a second hand/ wrecked part. i recommend NO one should go there for parts at all. go to Boss werckers/top wreckers/auto wreckers/GDM wreckers/capalaba wreckers/underwood wreckers/Eco wreckers. plus the owner didnt know anything about cars. that he had the car. what part i was talking about and how to remove its.
Imagine being as low as the owner of this wreckers that you can't look after your own customers!! We were told we could bring back the parts if it was the wrong fit! Turns out the manager is a scammer and will not refund. I feel sorry for you! And I feel sorry for your future customers! If your reading this review please try not too use this wreckers very untrustworthy and scammer type people.
You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!! We brought a pair of Toyota Prado seatbelts turns out they arent the same fit for our car. Took the seatbelts back to the store and they would not refund us. You guys are literally robbing Australians for their money in a time of financial crises. I would not recommend this business nor would I ever use this service again. Disgusting.
