It's a beautiful neighborhood w awesome views. Neighbors are friendly and respectful and you just feel safe there. Tons of cool dogs too which my dog doesn't care for but I love! I highly recommend this area for singles, couples and families!
The gym is in need of renovation and cleaning. Decent selection of machines, they are just in major need of repair. The floors are always filthy. HOA is non responsive to emails about the gym. The community is quiet and nice. Edit: They replaced the broken Smith machine and fixed the bench cushions so upping my review a star.
