This business has terrible communication. After I tried rescheduling my appointments, I would get left on read & my calls unanswered. The green texts shows the treatment I received from Blue Skin Laser Spa & the blue texts shows the new spa I go to. I really hope this business gets their professionalism together. They cancelled my services after I left a review, no warning, no refund.
BEWARE OF SCAM!! Unfortunately got scammed. I purchased a package and the Norwalk location closed before I was able to use all the sessions. Since I was not able to finish the sessions, I lost all of my hair removal progress. Blue Skin Laser refuses to refund me. Laser hair removal is not cheap, so lost all the money I put into this business
