I had a bad experience with the owner of this business. And if you're interested in real issues with this company, look up their track record at the Better Business Bureau. They did screw over an elderly couple trying to make accommodations for their disabled child. The owner is arrogant rude and unapologetic to people he has issues with. Take your business elsewhere. We did.
This is in response to Michael's response to my parents review (Ballard) and particularly the last sentence, "And for both you and your husband to leave a negative review shows your character." Are you sure you want to attack an elderly couple's character, a couple married for over 55 years, attempting to create a bathroom for their paralyzed veteran son to feel more comfortable for a visit? We are still waiting on a full refund for a deposit on a job never started in June, 2024. Had signed a contract for a bathroom renovation to make it more accessible for our handicapped son. Paid deposit which was half the cost of project and Michael never showed up. After numerous texts, emails with many excuses, we gave up on the project and asked for refund. Michael did pay us one check but still owes 3k. Your response was far from truthful with saved emails that state nothing about waiting on ADA compliant materials. Poor... read more
