Update: Michael has kept his promise to reimbursed me for my deposit on a project that he could not do. He has done other projects for my daughter in the past. Those other projects for my daughter helped her sell her other house quickly in a difficult market.
Michael and his team completed a full remodel in our kitchen and helped us create our dream deck with Trex composite decking and an underneath screened in porch. His team is a one stop shop. They are extremely knowledgeable. Communication was great and detailed estimates. I highly recommend and would use again.
We are still waiting on a full refund for a deposit on a job never started in June, 2024. Had signed a contract for a bathroom renovation to make it more accessible for our handicapped son. Paid deposit which was half the cost of project and Michael never showed up. After numerous texts, emails with many excuses, we gave up on the project and asked for refund. Michael did pay us one check but still owes 3k.
Took our money and didn't do anything. He said he would pay us back. Gave us 1 payment but no more
