I will give something lower than this but have no options. I had an active leak in hot water line in this cold weather I called on Jan 12 and was scheduled for a leak detection at my home for 15 Jan which was a Wednesday between 10 am and 12 noon. At 11.45 I called Philips to ask that when can they come .He said the crew should be there , let me find out and after 10 minutes he called and said that someone thought 15 is on FRIDAY .He apologize and wanted to reschedule for Friday but I was in a hurry as had no warm water in h... read more
