Sam has been to my house in 2 occasions. The first time for the dryer, today for the dishwasher. This man is probably one of the most hobest business people I have ever met. He showed me what the problem was and even when I insisted (out of my iwn anxiety) on buying a new sensor, he advised against it since it was just dirty. Havent had a problem with the dryer since. I hired these folks to fix my Samsung oven. They answered, booked the appointment and arrived all within hours. The appt with Samir was seamless and the service was top notch. He told me what to expect and what it would cost. He fixed the probably and provided thorough care. I would hire him again in a heartbeat - though of course I hope we won’t need that. Definitely worth a call if you need a stove, oven or range fix!
Samir did an amazing job repairing our dishwasher. He was fair and honest with every interaction we had. We initially just found him from a random yelp search but he will 100% be our go to appliance repair technician for everything going forward. 5 stars for all aspects of the service.

Blue Shield responded promptly, on the weekend, to our issue (our dishwasher door had broken). We quickly scheduled an appointment at a convenient time for me, right before the holidays when many other folks didn't have availability.
