Booked a room via Booking.com then later received a text with a link asking me to upload my driver's licence to obtain a PIN. I refused to do this as it was not mentioned in the booking information. I was also advised that no one is in the office in the afternoons which I found a bit strange too. After a brief to and fro with management I received a refund and have now booked elsewhere.
