What a great place! Very dated BUT.... Very nice place. The front counter Lady is the BEST!!! So very nice and accommodating. Cannot say enough.
Great location, decent price. Sure the rooms are dated- it's a motor inn (motel), but if you're trying to save a buck, who can complain. Walking right out to the beach is hard to beat. We'd come back. Pro tip! Grab the free shuttle to Provincetown, no need to stress about parking. Comes frequently and it incredibly easy.
Love it.
