I called more than a dozen local pool and hot tub companies to request services for cleaning or at least help finding someone that could assist us locally. Blue Science was the first one to take the time to suggest things I could do or how to search for the services we needed. Others including Pinch-a-Penny were not helpful at all, and unwilling to suggest other companies or even a direction to search for more help. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff!
conner and ernest were wonderful to work with for my pool cleaning. they were professional and always made sure to communicate with me about the cleaning schedule and any updates. i really liked that my pool was cleaned to fit what i wanted, not just a basic job. conner paid attention to the details and ernest was super friendly! my backyard pool looks amazing and sparkling after every visit. also, jared has been handling the pool cleaning lately and he does a fantastic job—very thorough and always polite. i'm very happy wit... read more
A few of our pool pavers had sunk and weren’t level anymore. We reached out to Blue Science Pool Service and Conner came out to handle the repair. He took his time making sure every paver around the pool was even and secure. Before he left, Conner checked in with us to be sure we were completely happy with the work, and let us know if we ever have any more issues, they’d be ready to help again. We appreciate the friendly and professional service, especially with the hot Largo weather making pool time so important!
My experience with blue science has been 10/10 so far. Charlie is my pool rep and he is fantastic. He is prompt, always communicates with me, he’s kind and attentive and truly cares about what he is doing and making sure my pool is in the best shape possible. I’m glad I found a company that cares!
