We recently had our pool replastered with the upgraded white Azteca finish, along with new tile installation and a full pool startup. The entire experience was very positive. After we received our start date, the team kept us updated each day about what would be happening next, when they would arrive, and what to expect. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Jacob, either by phone or email. I had a stubborn black algae problem in my pool, some trouble with the decking surface, and a few other general pool care questions. Zachary answered all of my questions clearly and was straightforward about what could be done. I appreciated that there was no sales pressure or pushy recommendations. What stood out most was that he showed up exactly when he said he would for each visit and finished the pool cleaning and repairs right on time. The whole experience was smooth and professional.
