We bought our home a few years back, which has an inground saltwater pool. After having issues with two other pool service companies that didn't stick to their schedule or properly add chemicals, we decided to try Blue Science Pool Service. We are very pleased with their work! They always arrive on time and actually clean the deck area, unlike the others. it's been over a year since we started our weekly pool service, and the quality of care has remained excellent. the technician does a fantastic job every time. we recently had our pump motor replaced, and the repair worker was quick and knowledgeable—he really understood what needed to be done. we're very pleased with everything and highly recommend blue science pool service for their outstanding work.
We've had quite an ordeal with a couple of pool service companies. The first one left a chunk of our Vac-mate lodged in the skimmer line during installation and didn't even mention it. This led to issues with water flow in our pool, which we couldn't figure out.
