ardie was fast and honest to work with during our pool equipment remodel, kool deck refresh, and a few other small pool repairs. from start to finish, the whole pool renovation process felt smooth, easy, and well organized. the equipment upgrades improved how the pool runs, and the deck work made the area look much cleaner and more inviting for the texas heat. if you need pool remodeling, equipment updates, or general pool service work, i highly recommend them.
I’m very frustrated at this company. The tech came out to do quarterly filter cleaning. After he is done, 1. the water was circulating from skimmer basket, 2. Water was below skimmer line for some reason. 3. Pump was not fully primed, there were obvious leak from the filter housing None of these were communicated to me until I inspected the pool and equipment. I asked them to come out and fix the issue, the said they were gonna sent someone out but no one show up. Just terrible service.
