Made an appointment online last week for Monday (today) 7 am. No one shows up, called the office told I'd get a call back in 5 min. Waited 20 min called them back. Told they didn't receive the appointment although I received and email confirmation then an appointment reminder on Sunday! Now I have loan documents that must be notarized today and have been told I'm basically SOL with them.....bottom line is DO NOT COUNT ON AN ONLINE APT THROUGH THEM.
