Always a good solid vibe here at blue sage
This morning I did an pre order online and arrived at dispensary at 9:30AM to pick up my order. Everything was fine until I got to counter and the salesperson told me my total and it was the same as on order, but the problem is when you arrive before 10AM, you are supposed to get 20% off of order for happy hour and that did not happen. This is like the 3rd time I came early and no discount. Why advertise this on YOUR WEBSITE, but don't honor it when the customer comes inside of store. I love this place, but some of the workers hate their lives. Some of them are rude (some=one in particular) everytime i’ve come in, they’ve been not welcoming. & Got attitude when i asked about a pre roll promo that should of been offered??? If you hate working customer service find another job. Don’t have to ruin peoples mood because you’re miserable.
Really nice place, next to a cool looking drive-in. Ppl a great and the smoke is even greater. Try it 9nce and youll be comeing back.
