First there were option to book the room in Agoda & we booked through it. And on the next day for some unknown reason the booking got cancelled & since it was public holiday after 2 days we couldn’t get any other hotel except that one in that area, and we called the owner & he mentioned that book through booking.com still they have 2 rooms left so we did ! Very disappointed for my sister who booked months ago for this weekend $500 for two night in apartment. At no time was she informed it was a room in an apartment with other guests. Owners are saying she was informed and agreed. Ah, no she didn’t get that email! She never would have agreed. A woman on her own with strangers. Smacks of greed and opportunism. Spent the night with the bed up against the unlockable bedroom door. Bad form blue rosella.

This accommodation is absolutely beautiful with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , a lovely modern dining / kitchen area and very much appreciated fresh breakfast provisions. On arrival we were greeted and made very welcome by the hosts who kindly provided 2 extra fold out bed to accommodate our family. We loved the sunny balcony decking overlooking historic Piper Street and all of the yummy cafes within walking distance. Can't wait to come back !

Great location and well appointed, neat, clean. Good breakfast provisions and the heater works well. However, it’s advertised as having a hot tub but there’s only a bath. Also, due to a miscommunication between the owners and the building manager, the building manager let herself in on the second day of our stay, thinking we’d left. We had to show her our booking confirmation to prove we’d booked for two nights.

BEWARE WHEN BOOKING! i recently booked thinking I was getting an apartment to myself but when I got there I was actually sharing the place with a couple of absolute strangers. There was no security for me (i.e. no lock on the bedroom door) and being a single person I was petrified. I slept with a bed against the door. The others were similarly only made aware of the sharing scenario when they queried the bedding and it was too late to book somewhere else. This place is not worth the price I paid ($250 per night).
