I looked for a shop online as I was not satisfied locally with estimates. I saw the high reviews and called Blue Rose. The service was exceptional, above my expectation with great price. I gave 5 star but the service was worth twice that many.
(Edited after their response, based on further visits): I went to Blue Rose Auto because the A/C in my vehicle was only working intermittently. I'd say I have a positive impression of Blue Rose overall, but the experience was also a little frustrating, in the end. The good: they are very friendly, their pricing seems honest and very fair, they appeared to be working hard to solve my problem, and their facilities seem very nice. I Have used Blue Rose on many occasions, from detailing, window tinting and Mechanical, I have never had a bad experience. Their attention to detail is amazing! Thank you to all the staff.
