Stopped in Fairbanks on our last day of an Alaska trip and had lunch at the Blue Roof Bistro. Everything was delicious and the staff were great. We especially loved the smoked salmon sliders and shrimp tacos!
Food was decent but a bit high priced even for Alaska in my opinion. Staff was friendly but not very present.
Small indoor dining that gets fairly noisy when busy but food and service was good. Would recommend
Recommended by locals, we went to this place to try local meals. Ordered BLT with salmón and fríes. Our expectation was waitimg for a salmón filet, but we received a kind of paty or smashed salmon meat, instead. (No advised on the menu) Fries were exceptionaly wonderful, very good tasting and seasoned. Recommended for sure. Special Home Made mayonaise was superb. Nice place to visit, hard team work and warm service.
