Touchless bay is ALWAYS down!! EVERY. Single. Weekend! About to cancel my membership since I keep getting charged for a carwash I can't ever use.

This is my 2nd time coming to your business for a touchless wash. Both times the unit was down/broken. While I vacuumed my car, I noticed there were 4 cars turned away for the same reason. Your loosing business.

Gavin F. At the Alexandria location gave my car a great spray down before the car wash. He was able to get a few stubborn spots that wouldn’t come off. Very happy with the Alexandria location.

I went to the Delhi location today and was told by membership would be $1 for the first month. Never did he say for new customers. I asked him twice if that meant that my card would only be charged $1 until August and he said yes. My card was charged $24.99 because I am not a new customer as I see the qualifications on the website. You must be a new member for the $1 special. I live on a very limited income and now I don't have all my money to pay. my car insurance.

I took my car to Blue Roo Car wash in Alexandria yesterday. It has not looked so clean in years!!! It was my first time there. The staff was so helpful. I loved the free vacuum. I used it 4 times. The wand is thin enough to get in little spots. It was great having the clean black towels and spray to do the inside of the car and inside the doors. I will certainly go back.
