Great service from Andy & Jane, kept us in the loop well and Andy was great at giving us advice and fixing the tub. Will definitely be back to buy a hot tub lid from you guys soon.
So pleased I found this company. After inheriting a hot tub I was completely clueless. Jane and Andy have kindly and patiently helped me navigate this new and occasionally confusing world of spas. I will certainly always be going to them for help and assistance in the future. Many thanks both and 100% recommend.
Can’t recommend Andy highly enough at Blue rock pools. I had an issue with my hot tub which he Identified the issues straight away. ordered the parts needed that same day telling me exactly the cost involved which were very reasonable. Came back as soon as parts in to fix. Now back up and running and as good as new. Not only that he is a lovely guy to deal with and so is Jane! Will use all the time now moving forward.

Very happy with my first visit from Blue Rock. As well as winterising, my pump had died and rather than just quote to replace it, they took it away and managed to repair for a fraction of the cost.
