I had a great experience with Blue River. Dusty and Glen were prompt, hardworking, and kind. I had water damage to my laminate flooring and Dusty found the name of the manufacturer on a piece of paper attached to the damaged flooring. This helped me tremendously because I didn’t think it was available any longer so it was a great find! If you need restoration services you should definitely call these folks!
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their work was subpar, and they failed to meet basic standards of professionalism. To make matters worse, they mishandled payments, withholding money and failing to pay the people involved. This lack of integrity and accountability is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be cautious and consider other companies that value honesty and quality in their work.
