I was here as a drop-in. Andrea is an awesome coach. She made me feel very welcome. The gym is very clean and the members were very nice. I wouldnt hesitate to come back if my travels bring me back to the area.
I joined BRCF this summer, and I am so happy I did. This gym feels like a community. The coaches are so helpful and they push enough where you're learning while making new goals. There are so many levels of athleticism, but it's not intimidating. The gym is clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and it's fun. I'm hooked! I'm grateful for the staff and people who reach out to me and encourage me. I've feel stronger physically and mentally. My kids join me as well on Wednesdays for their own class. I love it here!

Great program for over 55 . Same classes just scaled back.
