Great program for over 55 . Same classes just scaled back.
Great place, especially if you are just starting out, like me. Clean facility, friendly staff, very knowledgeable and encouraging coaches.
I'm on month three at BRCF and I'm hooked and absolutely love it. I've always considered CrossFit intimidating and for extreme athletes, but it's not. Very welcoming. Very accommodating based on what you want out of it. My advice to anyone looking for a community focused gym that changes your body mentally and physically. JOIN. THIS. GYM. You will not regret it!
This gym is perfect for all levels. The instructors definitely make you feel like family and will push you to do more than your mind thinks it can handle. Definitely recommend joining!!!
Blue River CrossFit was very welcoming and friendly! Excellent coaching for each individual in class! Please give it a try. Nothing like the fancy gyms but way more supportive and personalized in your quest for whatever results you are aiming for.
