I had a bat problem but I don't anymore. Over the phone Clement diagnosed my issue and came by within a few days. He sealed my attic with wire mesh and got the bats out. I just met with him today, a few weeks later, to make sure the bats were gone for good--and they were. He helped me with the cleanup as well. I contacted Blue Ridge Wildlife and Fisheries due to evidence of bats in our log home. Clement was able to quickly set up an appointment and review the situation. He is very knowledgeable and professional, thoroughly explaining the situation and options. He was able to complete the bat exclusion within a few days, and offers a warranty. I would highly recommend the company.
