I’ve been working here for almost two years, and it hurts to see so many negative comments about a place where we work so hard to help patients. There’s always more to the story, and we do our best to guide people and provide quick service. Yet, we’re still judged — for long waits, for not picking up calls, and even for picking them up. I just wish people remembered that those in healthcare are human too. Anyway.....

Waited an hr and a half watched multiple people (8) see the doctor before me even tho I was their an hr and a half before them the receptionist sat on the phone while the line up grew longer … was much smoother with the old staff “doctors great”

Must be overworked as the staff was talking down to me and not helpful at all, basically asking me to do their job for them in regards to have MTO forms filed

I'm going to he dropping and editing a lot of reviews on a lot of healthcare places this next little bit. But I'd like to start here. Between a family doctor, 3 hospitals and a walkin clinic, this place got me a referral to a smart doctor who actually gives a damn, in an appropriate time. I think it was wrong referral, but my symptoms at that time pointed in that direction

The situation is becoming increasingly difficult to manage. The new staff members are not answering calls consistently, and when they do, they often ask to wait on hold atleast 10 minutes. While I understand that the clinic may be busy, this has become a recurring issue. Previously, the other staff member handled it efficiently, returning calls promptly and making it easy to schedule appointments with the doctor. The doctor provides excellent care, but the challenge lies in the staff’s ability to manage communications effect... read more
