Myself & twin grandsons in my custody have been going to Blueridge practically since it opened. Excellent service, friendly staff & one of the most efficiently run clinics I have ever been to. The dr. Remembers us even if visits have been awhile apart. I appreciate the direct, address the problem, almost minimalist atmosphere. Wait times are much less than BGH Emergency, prescription service onsite, always the most cost effective option offered. Very Disappointed… It’s been an ongoing concern regarding the behaviour and professionalism of the receptionist. My daughter’s 2-month vaccination appointment was scheduled for Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 1:00 PM. However, I received a call at 11:15 AM informing me that the clinic had run out of the vaccine. I’ve noticed that the doctor consistently arrives about an hour to an hour and a half after the clinic opens, which makes early visits unproductive for patients who come on time. When I mentioned this to him lightheartedly, he replied that we’re free to go elsewhere if we prefer. While I appreciate his honesty, I found the response a bit dismissive. Punctuality and respect for patients’ time are important parts of good care.
Very slow service, waiting for over 3 hours for non emergency and the doctor said go to ER, then what is his role? Would never come here again.
