Dr jones will briskly open the door then will stand at the door and start speaking usually saying everything looks alright when it is anything but alright! Absolutely no personality whatsoever. He just seems like he could care less. I have a very large kidney stone that is extremely painful but hey "it looks good"!! This after waiting 2 hours to be seen. Please avoid going here. He is either completely burnt out or literally does not give a care.
This man ordered fishing gear from me on Amazon. Got a refund for it saying he didn't need it and returned 2 items that were worth less than a dollar. If your doctor is that desperate to screw someone over, do you really want to trust your health to him?
Best interaction with a doctor ever! Our son had an emergency issue, and Dr Jones could not have been more caring, knowledgeable, accessible, kind, comforting and helpful. If we Ever need a urologist in the future or are asked for a recommendation by a friend. He will be number one on the list. I wish all doctors were like him
Got me in quickly and addressed my urgent issue with a kidney stone. I recommend Dr Jones and that is high praise since I am an RN and I work for the competitors!
