While sitting in the waiting area I am amazed at the way the receptionist greet and talk to patients both on the phone and in person. They are rude and very degrading to patients. You can also hear them cussing and talking about working conditions among themslves. I have been a Nurse for many years and have retired from RMH so this just breaks my heart to witness this behavior.
My dad has seen Dr. Burns several times and she is fantastic! Her personality, and level of care are super great...Her entire staff if so helpful and nice. I cant say enough about them all! I have recommended her to so many people after seeing how she compassionately cares for my dad and our family. She truly is an asset to the Shenandoah Valley. I highly recommend her! very good drs great staff we have been with them for at least 10 years with all the drs and staff they was more than professionals they are our friends.now weve've have the pleasure meeting Dr Resindal. i really like him alot and i met alot of new sraff all were great thanks for neing there when at this point in my life i needed yall most all of yall David W Coffey .
