I have been coming here for 3.5yrs. Set maintenance appointments and they do not follow thru with ordering parts. Have to reschedule the same appointment. That was first issue. Then I cannot help but notice they schedule for 8am and I show up 15mins early each time and they do not get started until 10-11am!! 🫨 So why be here at 8am? This isn't once or twice either. I brought my vehicle to Blue Ridge Truck & Auto for an annual safety inspection and rear brake service. From start to finish, the team treated me with professionalism and respect. There was a minor mishap involving damage to my windshield due to improper visor tint strip removal during the inspection process. What mattered most to me was how it was handled. The mechanic was friendly and helpful. He did point out that while he was doing the oil change on my car that he saw there was a minor leak in one of the seals. He didn't try to pressure me into getting it fixed right away, he just said he was letting me know. I will be using them again for sure. Plus they have really cool chairs in the waiting area.
Originally went with this place as someone that is New dealing with mechanic shops and was quoted $86 for a diagnosis by Brian & he had “seemed”friendly so I went with this place. I get there in an hour and a half. They’re telling me it’s going to be $174 x2 hours, which was nearly $400!!
