Beware. Classic Bait and switch. Set up an appointment. Dropped off my car. 11 days later they hadn't started working on it. Every time I called they made excuses for how busy they were.
Very poor service, too busy to change a tire. Must have appointment 6 days in advance. Can’t get the tire needed so I ordered it myself.
Walked in to get my tire fixed and didn't even have time to get to it bad customer service
If you're traveling and need your tired patches and taken care of in a timely fashion- look no further! I'd like to thank Bobby and his team for all of his help this morning! Thanks again from this Texan!
Twice in one month this location had caused my bank account to go into NSF because they do not check the equipment rentals in promptly. last instance, i took the van back within right hours. it's there third day and they still haven't checked it back in. each day the uhaul system charges for another day rental. called the location, only one guy does the uhaul rentals and he is never there to take a call. there is only one location in blue ridge that has a cargo van for rent. otherwise i would never go there again or send any... read more
