Very disappointing in how they bill. My insurance fully covers occupational therapy, especially for lymphatic issues. I called insurance directly to verify my benefits. But because Blue Ridge Therapy (who provides occupational therapy for lymphatic systems) bills through the affiliate hospital, they are unwilling to correctly code it for occupational therapy so insurance covers it. They are the only place in Morganton to provide this, yet they cannot bill to their customers needs. This is disgraceful.
Aqua therapy is great for rebuilding strength and relieving pain. I enjoy the care I get and the heated pool feels great.

I have practiced outpatient medicine for 30+ years at MMG thenTMP& 25 years inpatient medicine at CMC Main /Atrium in Charlotte NC, and I am here to tell you this practice is superb. My family received care here and everyone esp Lynn front desk and Melanie Harris OTX — was kind, professional, knowledgeable ( 5 star) , compassionate — the total package !!!! I was SO IMPRESSED!!!
