I have been waiting patiently since February 18, 2019 to get a tax issue looked at. $500 deposit And 8 months later to find out he hasn’t even started on my paperwork. I have made numerous phone calls and visits to see if any progress had been made only to be told I was on the TOP of the list which Kevin hasn’t started on the list yet?

I hired Kevin to handle an appeal & 2 amended returns. I was promised they would be done by a certain date - that date came & went - finally the returns were done but follow up is needed - I have called multiple times - there has never been a return phone call - I should have believed the other bad reviews- save your money & hire someone else

Never responded to any of my e-mails or calls. As a professional, he should at least be able to respond and say he can't help, instead of leaving me hanging.
