I had an amazing experience here. I cannot say enough great things about the staff… they were literally flawless from beginning to end. First, I want you to understand that I had my surgery on New Year’s Eve and nobody made me feel like I was a burden or like they were in any way upset to be at work. Second.. Every. single. person. Beware. If you do not have insurance and your doctor creates an estimate thru my UNC chart for surgery it means nothing. We were verbally quoted 3-5K, and then an estimate was submitted for 8k. We ended up being billed for 19K out of pocket (that included a 40% discount). This is was for a 1 hour non emergency benign skin removal surgery handled at Grace Hospital's Surgery Center. It was under review for 4 months regarding coding and me disputing the price versus what was quoted. They will not honor the quote. Had we known h... read more
