I wish I could give them no starts. Absolutely horrible people. Do not waste your time renting a unit. I had my husband who passed away unexpectedly, belongings in a unit. They knew I wasn't allowed to touch them until the court was settled. They went and delivered a letter to an old address after providing them on multiple occasions with a new address (yes I have proof). She then proceeds to tell me the sheriff's office took the belongings just to find out from the sheriff's office they did not remove the belongings. My dau... read more
Worst customer service EVER. My unit was broken into with over $600 worth of stuff taken and they said that I just left my unit unlocked and no other people said anything so they didn't think it was broken into and then after a few emails they told me I had a week to get my stuff out and the unit cleaned out. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I'd rather give my stuff away before I deal with them again.
As a previous customer of 5 years and customer once again.....top notch company!
