A gentleman came to my house to give me an estimate. After not hearing from them after 3 weeks I called many times, and no one ever answers the phone. I then decided to leave 2 messages, and a text. Finally I got a response asking for an email which was given at home visit. Later that day I resent a text because I never got the quote via email. Once again no response from the text nor an email with the quote. I was very disappointed.
We just had our bathroom renovated. Blueridge did a wonderful job. They were very professional and detail oriented. Additionally, they did great work on the bathroom, with new tile, vanity, tub and toilet. If we ever decide to renovate another part of our house, we would use them again.
