This team is amazing! Tyler and the other repair team have always been respectful and efficient. And best of all, they explain what is wrong and how to fix it or to avoid a similar issue from happening again. And when it was time for a new reach-in freezer, Jim was there to help. He explained the differences between each and helped me make the best decision. And then, they helped get the beast of a 2-door freezer into a very tight kitchen. Blue Ridge Refrigeration is excellent!! I called them for some minor repairs I needed for my business after another company had told me they were not taking any new clients & a second that basically ghosted me. Blue Ridge was very responsive. I had someone come & look at my equipment within a couple of days. The costs were explained to me & the repairs were done in a timely manner. Awesome service!! After dealing with another company for months to fix our ice machine these guys stepped in, took over talking to the warranty company, expedited a part the other repair service said they could not get and fixed the machine. We could not be happier!!
Blue Ridge Refrigeration was quick to respond with sending a technician out. Technician Randy, was awesome! Very cordial and knowledgeable about our archaic ice machine. They offered a couple of alternative "fixes" or to purchase a new machine. We chose to replace the 25 year old machine with something new. They ordered, received, and installed the new one in less than 5 business days! Above and beyond service and care for us! Thank you BLUE RIDGE REFRIGERATION! Excellent job!
