Very quick response in getting me seen and the test. The trouble began with them submitting to insurance and billing. So good luck!

I drive an hour and a half to use their services, even though I have the same services available in my hometown. Blue Ridge Radiology’s prices are very reasonable, the environment is clean, comfortable and elegant, but beyond all that, these are the most kind and professional people! Even though I had to negotiate a complicated logistical- insurance-doctor protocol-imaging issue recently, every person at BRR was extremely patient, respectful and understanding. You could not ask for a nicer place to have your imaging done.
Highly impressed how kind and professional the entire staff was- from the person who made my appointment to the receptionist and especially to the tech- hands down the best office experience- makes me want to hold a staff meeting in my office to ensure everyone get this kind of experience
I was referred to Blue Ridge Radiology after my initial mammogram needed further diagnostics. I was extremely nervous but the moment I walked in and was greeted by the smiling receptionist I felt at ease! I wish I could remember her name...I’m so sorry. Angel was my technician. She was the sweetest person ever and walked me through and explained everything. You guys have THE BEST staff! Everyone I've ever came in contact with, whether over the phone or in person have been amazing! The care, treatment and detail to customer service here is above any other. Thank you all so much for making what can be a not so great experience a very pleasant experience.

This has been the greatest experience involving radiology. Everyone was friendly and concerned about how comfortable I was. They even gave me a beautiful white rose. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
