The most incompetent people on the face of the planet. They diagnose people wrong and then they refuse to work with people while belittling them on the phone through billing. Go to Charlottesville or Richmond for better medical care then what you will receive in this valley!
The doctors were great. It was difficult however, to actually pay the bill. Many times, the phone line did not appear to be in service and there was no voicemail set up. They didn't seem willing to work with the patients financially. Very unprofessional and sloppy.
